Who We Are
Halcyon Homes is a family run property development and construction business built on a vision to create quality houses and assets for Kiwis.
We are an Auckland-based company run by a father and son operations team who handle the day to day construction and project overseeing. Walk on to any of our sites and you are more than likely going to see one, if not both of us with tools or plans in our hands. We are onsite managing every step of the process to ensure we can deliver the quality and care we promise to our clients. NZ registered master builders and an LBP Builder - we stand by each and every one of the homes we build.

When possible we prefer to recycle and rejuvenate older homes - this was the old property at 49 Andrew road following relocation and renovation.
Meet the Team

PHILL YATES
A licensed building practitioner with over 50 years of building experience, Phill has been building all of his life and it's what he lives and breathes. Phill runs our team of builders and the day to day site management.

CALVIN YATES
Calvin has been involved in the property industry for over 10 years. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Property degree at Auckland University he has immersed himself in the industry ever since. He is responsible for sourcing land, sales and general operations.

RYAN LARSEN
Ryan joins the team with 10 years of banking and finance experience including senior management roles in home lending. He is responsible for finance, sales and general operations. Ryan has a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Property degree from Auckland University.

A slightly off angle brick, a small chip on a corner or even a window latch not hinging properly. Our goal is for every one of our clients to have the best possible experience in the homes we build. To us, all the small things matter.

With our 1 year maintenance period you can rest assured any defects or issues will be resolved.
